“The number of bank branches has been decreasing for years. But as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, many organizations have closed branches completely. To help banks in overcoming the crisis we are offering two of our solutions free of charge till the end of the pandemic — says Andrzej Sierpiński, Managing Director at FINANTEQ.

Both solutions can be easily implemented and will help in replacing the physical branch with a fully operational digital one.

The first product offered by FINANTEQ is Pocket Branch — a remote channel for banks for the time of the coronavirus pandemic. It lets bank customers bank through a video, audio or text chat. The platform is created for mobile and web applications.

The second product in the offer is Extentum — a no-code tool for extending ANY digital banking in days. Banks can quickly implement new features without releasing new versions of web and mobile systems. During the COVID outbreak it can be used to digitize banking processes that normally are only available in the physical branches.

— Due to the crisis, clients will seek answers on how to adjust to rapidly changing financial situations. Thanks to Pocket Branch, they can receive assistance quickly through a chat, screen-sharing or co-browsing. — says Artur Małek, Head of Marketing at FINANTEQ. — Our digital branch will also help in giving video advice to VIP customers, transferring documents or verifying clients and authorizing transactions.

How FINANTEQ defines the “End of Pandemic? The WHO recognized the COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic on 12-03-2020. The promotion for the products will end with a WHO announcement stating that the pandemic is over.
