Summit State Bank is a growing financial institution and is managing the operational complexities that accompany that growth. To that end, the bank selected BancWorks based on its ability to serve as both a communications and resource center for its staff. The ability to shift community calendar and IT ticketing system functionality away from email and gain valuable operational efficiencies were key drivers in the decision. In addition, the bank is utilizing BancWorks’ training modules to support additional professional development initiatives among staff and create efficiencies in record retention.
“When we set out to implement a new intranet solution, we were intent on achieving a greater level of efficiency through a dedicated resource and communication center that allows for centralization and full interactivity, as well as a IT ticketing solution,” said Roni Brown, Senior Vice President and Marketing Director of Summit State Bank. “Based on Banc Intranets’ proven history of success in retail banking and the endorsement of our IT team, we knew that Banc Intranets was the right solution to our current and future internal communications needs.”
“Our solutions are always designed with the end user in mind and based on our deep understanding of financial institutions’ operations,” said Mark Anderson, founder and CEO of Bank Intranets. “For growing institutions like Summit State Bank, it is vitally important that staff be able to quickly and easily access important information and communicate with each other in a centralized, frictionless environment.”
