The move demonstrates FreedomPay’s intentions to grow its presence in the UK and European markets as FreedomPay continues to work closely with key financial services partners and leading merchants to support their digital transformation and business growth.

The new offices provide the company with the capacity for platform development, customer support, sales and services and leadership functions across the company which will enable FreedomPay to showcase its award-winning payment solutions to existing and potential partners. In addition, the new offices will be in touching distance to the European headquarters of many of FreedomPay’s existing partners and clients.

“Having a high-profile presence in the UK and Europe is important for us to achieve our ambitions of scaling up and expanding our services to new markets quickly,” said Tom Durovsik, Founder and CEO of FreedomPay. “We are ready to drive the future of commerce and payments as one of the first open payment platforms in the world and we will continue to develop and enhance our solutions to meet our clients’ needs.”

Following FreedomPay’s expansion into Europe, the London-based FreedomPay team has grown exponentially to cater to the high level of interest in FreedomPay’s payment solutions.

The new headquarters at 40 Bank Street is a state-of-the-art building designed by world renowned architect César Pelli who has designed famous buildings such as the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, the World Financial Center in New York City and FreedomPay’s Philadelphia headquarters FMC Tower at Cira Centre South. The building offers stunning views of London and is located directly opposite the award-winning Jubilee Park.
