The company is dedicated to making an intelligent, automated P2P automation solution easy and affordable for all UK businesses, regardless of size, industry and volume of documents.

The launch is perfectly timed as, according to an Aberdeen report, 42% of business leaders identify automation as a key step to improving financial management. However, many CFOs, Accounts Payable Managers and finance team members believe that AP automation is too complicated, expensive, and difficult to implement. This is where Yooz comes in: a powerful yet affordable cloud solution, based on the latest technologies, that is easy to set up and use.

"With Yooz, AP automation becomes an easily achievable strategy for businesses to significantly boost efficiency and keep one step ahead of the market. Technology that used to be only available to big firms is now accessible for all," explains Magali Michel, Director of Yooz.

What really is a disruptive AP automation solution?
A disruptive solution is a software that offers an exceptional level of efficiency, simplicity and implementation. It allows every company to benefit from the most sophisticated technologies in the best conditions of accessibility.

To automate processes, Yooz leverages cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, deep learning, and incremental learning, that are typically only accessible to large companies. Thanks to the efficiency of its patented technology, Yooz is able to automate over 80% of invoices and reduce cost-per-invoice by up to 70%.

Even with its sophisticated and powerful technologies, the solution offers a software extremely easy to use and set up. Its end-to-end service runs entirely in the cloud and covers all the P2P process, so companies can easily and seamlessly capture, manage, and process financial documents without up-front investment. Moreover, it integrates natively with more than 200 accounting software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics and Sage.

"Simplicity, performance, affordability, mobility, speed, transparency, traceability, and security are the key words to describe Yooz’s unique offer” summarises Magali Michel.

The UK: the next place to grow
More than 100,000 users worldwide have already taken advantage of Yooz’s technologies to automate their accounts payable processes. Current Yooz customers in the UK and worldwide include Five Guys, Gameloft, Mazars, Deloitte, BDO, Grant Thornton, PwC, Go Auto, Novotel, Marriott, Best Western, Mercure, Holiday Inn, Kyriad, Piccadilly, Aimbridge hospitality and thousands of others.

Speaking on the UK launch, Magali Michel, Director of Yooz, said:
Yooz experienced more than 50% growth last year, so we felt this was the perfect time to launch our solution in the UK. The UK offers an outstanding environment for global technology companies, with its strong start-up culture and an appetite for innovation and new technologies, with late payments identified as a major challenge to the UK economy, the market is ripe for accessible AP automation”.
