The integration and maintenance of equipment has been entrusted to a subsidiary BS/2 Kazakhstan.

“Kazakhstan is one of the priority activities of our company. The local financial sector promotes the banking technologies. Many banks in Kazakhstan prefer the cash in/cash out ATMs and chose the equipment provided by Diebold Nixdorf, the global leader in the field of integrated self-service systems for financial institutions and retailers,” says Anton Valinčius, BS/2 Regional Head.

BS/2 will provide multifunctional ATMs with cash in/cash out functions from Diebold Nixdorf, including “drive-up” ATMs, adapted for installation in parking lots and allowing customers to pay for services, withdraw and deposit cash without leaving the car.

All ATMs will be equipped with a comprehensive BS/2 protection solution ATMeye.iQ. It enables real-time monitoring and prevention of suspicious behavior, optimizing work processes. ATMeye.iQ includes a system of video surveillance and sensors that react to any suspicious actions (fraudulent attempts, attacks using special means, etc.). Besides, ATMeye.iQ helps the bank to resolve disputable situations with customers, for example, in cases when the user forgot a bankcard or cash in ATM.

The hardware-software solution ATMeye.iQ got the prestigious award in Service of the Year 2018 contest of the Lithuanian Business Confederation in the category Export of the Year in May 2018.
