These platforms are part of BNP Paribas Wealth Management’s brand new Client Experience co-created with clients and Fintechs. The solutions offer greater added-value and enhance the relationship between the bank and its clients.

“As a wealth manager, we develop very close relationships with our clients, and this proximity enables us to bring a comprehensive approach to their life that goes beyond just finance,” explains Sofia Merlo, Co-CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management. “We want to offer our clients best-in-class investment solutions, but we also take our relationship one step further, bringing them interesting and impactful information on their interests, whether they’re about structured products, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, or even art.”

1. The “Youmanist” website and app helps clients make the most of their free time (Italy)

Youmanist is a one-of-a-kind website and app that offers upscale lifestyle content written specifically for BNP Paribas Wealth Management by an Italian team of bloggers, writers and journalists. Topics cover a wide range of the latest trends and ideas, from architecture, food and fashion to music and travel. Articles vary in length from short “blurbs” to detailed articles. A public website delivers part of the content, and an app version provides a more complete experience.

2. “Wealth” e-mag keeps clients abreast of changes impacting wealth (France)

The e-mag “Wealth” delivers the most up-to-date information on questions and subjects that impact private clients in France; how a private investor can change its commercial property manager or the impact of the latest fiscal law on life insurance contracts. Users can also choose lifestyle content on a variety of topics such as the best golf courses or newest wine start-ups.

3. The “Voice of Wealth” app enables clients to stay in touch with markets and business trends (available worldwide in English, French and Italian)

The Voice of Wealth app connects users with the latest analysis from the Wealth Management updating private investors on what affects their portfolio or which decisions influence their investment choices. Users benefit from daily updates and analyses from experts around the world. Detailed reports go deeper into investment, market and business trends across a range of subjects.

4. The blogging platform “Expert Voices” helps clients understand wealth management (available worldwide in English and French)

“Expert Voices” is a blogging platform where BNP Paribas Wealth Management Experts help private investors acquire a better understanding of markets and asset classes prior to investing.

“Knowledge together with empowerment is an integral part of the Client Experience that we offer at BNP Paribas Wealth Management,” explained Vincent Lecomte, Co-CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management. “Clients now want to understand and even detect the best trends and opportunities by themselves and our role is to empower and facilitate this development.”
