Guardian Analytics names Varouzhan Ebrahimian as chief technology officer

Guardian Analytics, the market leader in behavioral analytics and machine learning solutions for preventing banking and enterprise portal fraud, today announced Varouzhan Ebrahimian as the company's new Chief Technology Officer.

Varouzhan is chartered with extending the industry's most advanced Omni-Channel Fraud Prevention platform.

"More than ever before, behavioral analytics and machine learning are the right technologies to address the constantly evolving threats generated by very sophisticated financial criminals," said Ebrahimian. Ebrahimian brings more than two decades of Product Development Leadership and innovation in enterprise software to Guardian Analytics. He has held executive positions at both Oracle and Symantec where he gained a keen understanding of the technology and security challenges faced by large financial institutions. Ebrahimian received a MSc. in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from Columbia University and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
