“Our goal is to continually provide ease, speed and convenient-delivery of financial solutions for our members,” said Prasad Surapaneni, Chief Information Officer at UNFCU. “After surveying the industry, Jwaala’s Ignite Platform stood out as one of the most unique and flexible in the marketplace. Our developers can customize the open architecture, extend the functionality and integrate the platform with our existing applications to provide secure financial solutions for members anytime, anywhere.”

“Because of their special internal configuration and the necessity to deliver on a number of member-critical features, it became clear that the flexibility and mobile-friendly approach of Jwaala’s Ignite Platform would be a good fit,” said Andrew Taylor, Jwaala’s Chief Executive Officer. “Our partnership with UNFCU demonstrates our philosophy that a credit union’s unique needs should be met with an equal ability to accommodate them and together, enhance service.”
