EToro appoints new UK managing director

eToro, the world’s leading social trading network, has announced the appointment of Joe Hall as its Managing Director of Business in the UK.

Joe is the latest addition to a rapidly expanding team, following the recent appointment of Robert Brown as non-executive director.

Along with Brown, Joe joins founder and CEO Yoni Assia; UK MD of Finance and Operations, Paul Chrimes; COO Avi Sela; and non-executive director Tony Wollenberg as directors of eToro UK.

Joe brings with him a wealth of experience in the fintech industry having worked at payments disruptor Skrill, where he headed up the commercial and marketing functions at Skrill’s US division.

Yoni Assia, founder and CEO of eToro said of the appointment: “Joe’s deep sector expertise and understanding of the fintech space will prove a huge asset to eToro at an important stage of our development in the UK. With his credentials, I am confident he will make a significant contribution to the role.”
