SetPay offers small and medium sized enterprise merchants (SMEs) a quick and cost-effective way to accept debit and credit card payments at the Point of Sale. Powered by the payworks platform, SetPay merchants will be able to register for the service quickly via a fully automated onboarding process. A mobile application for iOS or Android, together with a Chip & PIN card reader connected via Bluetooth, lets merchants start to accept EMV card payments right at the spot, independent from their location. The solution is designed to become part of a merchant’s and customer’s daily life, taking advantage of the familiarity of card payments at the Point of Sale and thus making customers feel at ease when purchasing. The applied EMV Chip & PIN solution guarantees a maximum level of security when transacting the payment.
David Pombar, CEO of SetPay: “The payworks platform is second to none and together with the team we will be working on exciting new features on top of our core payment solution in the coming months, fully leveraging the potential of digital technology at the Point of Sale.
