Yandex launches Yandex.Refueling in partnership with PrivatBank and MasterCard. With the app, drivers can find stations nearby and pay for the gas right from your smartphone.
Yandex.Refueling appeared only in Ukraine - in other countries such application Yandex not.
To use the app Yandex.Refueling the drivers need to bind to the application card of any registered Bank in Ukraine. The app works like this: the user selects the gas station, the column number and the type of gasoline, and then specifies the amount he wants to refuel (not less than 50 UAH), or volume (not less than 5 litres). Upon successful payment of the fuel gun on selected column is unlocked and can be refueled. In the application drivers is already available about 1,200 stations, mostly large chains, and in the future the number of stations will increase.
"Yandex there are several applications for motorists. First of all, this is a very popular "Card" and "Navigator", which is used by every eighth Ukrainian driver. We're excited to launch another app that helps to save time on such a simple thing as dressing machine," says the head of Yandex.Refueling Ilya Lara.
Payment of fuel into the application is through technology that was developed by PrivatBank. MasterCard PrivatBank will receive a bonus when using the apps. Filling: for every litre purchased in the app with the help of these cards, users will be transferred to the hryvnia to the "Bonus Plus". The total bonus Fund amounts to 100 000 UAH.
