Planet Group Inc., the leading provider of software and consulting services that turn technology into valuable business solutions for the electronic payments industry, announced today the hiring of payment industry veteran Bob Guy as director of client relations and product.
Guy will oversee all client and product management activities, as well as Planet Group's project management office.

Guy comes to Planet Group from Experian, where he was a vice president with responsibility for managing strategic client relationships, plus developing the company's partner program strategy. Prior to Experian, Guy managed strategic alliances and business development for CSG Systems. Guy joined CSG via the acquisition of Prairie Interactive Messaging, where he was senior vice president of client relationships and product, doubling the size of the overall business during his tenure. Guy began his payments career with First Data, holding a number of executive positions in client management, product and business development, training and sales over a 15 year period. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
