GETIN UP

Opening self-service branches is the next step in the long-term Getin UP project launched in November 2012. Last year, the Bank systematically enhanced the quality of its customer service and offered a package of technologically innovative solutions. According to the assumptions of its strategy, Getin Bank is tailoring its business model to the market demands. By combining high standards of service and cutting edge technological solutions, Getin Point meets clients' expectations.

INNOVATIVE APPROACH

Launching Getin UP bank account in December 2012, the Bank made a technological leap, systematically surprising its clients with innovations. Since then, we have been offering mobile banking solutions, innovative MasterCard Display and Finger Vein Recognition - a biometric identity verification system. Self-service branches are another innovation that facilitates access to the Bank's services.

'By opening the first self-service branch of Getin Bank we have yet again surprised with our innovative approach to banking. We will not give up traditional branches, but we will offer an alternative solution with functionalities that were only available before at branch counters', says Krzysztof Rosiński, CEO of Getin Noble Bank. 'Development and popularisation of self-service technologies is a future trend. By introducing Getin Point, we offer our clients yet another solution that is unique in the market of financial services, and hence we fulfil the Getin UP promise made a year ago,' he adds.
