With nearly $530 million in assets and 17 locations, Smart Financial Credit Union was seeking a way to streamline check processing and improve back-office efficiency. After a thorough due diligence process involving eight providers, Smart Financial Credit Union selected Bluepoint's ImagePoint Branch, Hub, and Archive solutions. When the final phase of the installation is completed, ImagePoint will provide a complete end-to-end check capture, processing, and archive solution for the credit union that simplifies workflows, improves research capabilities and lowers processing costs.

"Since our go-live with Bluepoint, we have been able to automate a significant portion of our check capture and processing operations and cut our courier costs in half," said Corbin Wilson, vice president of channel development and integration of Smart Financial Credit Union. "With ImagePoint, we can focus more on member service instead of back-office operations. This is just the beginning of our plans to modernize our check processing."

"Smart Financial's conversion to electronic check capture and cashletters will enhance their member service levels and streamline their check processing operations," said Andrew Tilbury, chief marketing officer of Bluepoint Solutions. "We are proud to partner with Smart Financial to modernize their check processing."
