Icubic acquires German consultancy HighQIT

The new subsidiary is specialised in consultancy services for operational banking business and also ensures up-to-date maintenance of IT infrastructures.
icubic plans to further promote the expansion of business activities in the system integration and consulting areas with this acquisition.

"With HighQIT, we can deliver intelligent software solutions and excellent consulting competence from one source. Our clients thereby profit from a larger service spectrum. This also enables us make product integration even more effective," says Dietmar Jakal, Chairman of the Board at icubic AG.

The merger increases icubic's workforce to over 150 employees.

The Head of HighQIT, Jürgen Pfister, continues his business without restriction and explains: "The new association is the logical consequence of a long and successful cooperation with icubic that we now want to sustainably increase by combining our core competencies and accessing new market opportunities together. As a result, we give more substance and stability to our pledge of service."

The consultancy experts from Frankfurt are specialised in the applications from the world market leaders, Calypso and Murex. They provide support to leading as well as internationally operating companies from the insurance and banking sectors with their internal software adaptation processes. HighQIT consults over 30 clients throughout Europe.
