"YellowPepper is already the leading provider of mobile financial solutions in Latin America. We are constantly focused on delivering the best-in-class mobile financial services to our continuously growing client base. Through this partnership with Accumulate we are further strengthening this position. In fact, we have already seen the added-value from financial institutions that have acquired our Smart-Banking 3.0 solutions," says Serge Elkiner, CEO and Co-Founder of YellowPepper.

YellowPepper's Smart-Banking 3.0 solutions, based on Accumulates award-winning Mobile Everywhere platform, operates on all major mobile technology platforms such as Android, iPhone, Java, Blackberry and Windows.

The Smart-Banking 3.0 solutions include:

• Smart-Payment - Mobile payments with unique & patented processes that eliminate the sharing of sensitive information between a payer and a payee. The solution supports POS, Mobile POS, Online, m-Commerce and Vending machine purchases.
• Smart-Banking - A mobile banking solution with the highest application security and a wide range of widgets such as GPS, camera, augmented reality and video support.
• Smart-Security - The solution enables the mobile phone to be the authentication & signature device for Web login, Digital signature, 3D Secure, PIN and card-less ATM withdrawals, eliminating the need for hardware tokens, coordinate cards and other security solutions.

"The agreement with YellowPepper is exciting news. Together we can provide innovative mobile financial solutions to a broad client base that combines market-leading security with ease of use and flexibility. This agreement is just the initial step of this strategic partnership, where we see tremendous potential," says Stefan Hultberg, CEO and Co-Founder of Accumulate.
