Dexit appoints David Lloyd CIO

Dexit Inc., (TSX: DXT) the creator and operator of the Dexit electronic payment facilitation service for small transactions announced today the appointment of David Lloyd as Chief Information Officer of Dexit Inc.

As Chief Information Officer, Mr. Lloyd will be responsible for continuing to build the functionality of Dexit and ensuring that the technology supporting the Dexit service remains robust as the business continues to grow. Additionally, Mr. Lloyd will lead the initiative to integrate product and technology ensuring Dexit's ongoing leadership position in the market.

Mr. Lloyd, who holds an MBA from Queens University, was most recently Senior Director of Technology Services at Carlson Marketing Group out of Minnesota where his responsibilities included managing the architecture group, solution engineering, service and product management and delivery, technology process management and external software partnerships.
