Easdaq adds four new members to board

Easdaq N.V., owner of the pan European retail trading platform Equiduct, today announced the addition of four new members to its board.

The new board members include Jonathan Graham, Managing Director at Citadel LLC; Jamil Nazarali, Senior Managing Director at Citadel LLC; Daniel Pouget, Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD and Peter Randall, CEO of Equiduct Systems Limited.

Jonathan Graham is responsible for Citadel's tactical trading business. Mr. Graham has held several other roles at Citadel, including as head of statistical arbitrage. Before joining Citadel, Mr. Graham spent several years as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.

Jamil Nazarali is a co-head of Citadel's Global Automated Trading business. Before joining Citadel in 2011, Mr. Nazarali was the Global Head of Electronic Trading at Knight Capital Group. Previously, he was a management consultant at both Ernst & Young and Bain & Co.

Daniel Pouget is Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD and Chairman of Euro Trading Commercial, a financial consultancy he founded in 2004. Before this, Mr. Pouget was Managing Director at NASDAQ Inc. and President and CEO at Instinet France. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pouget was one of the founders of stockbroking firm Dufour Lacarrier Pouget, which was later sold to HSBC's subsidiary James Capel France.

Peter Randall joined Equiduct as CEO in 2009. Mr. Randall has previously served as COO of Instinet, CEO of Instinet Pacific and later became CEO of Chi-X Europe Limited. Before this, Mr. Randall was Executive Director of FIX Protocol Ltd.

Mr. Graham and Mr. Nazarali join the Easdaq board as non-executive board members, Mr. Pouget joins as an independent non-executive board member, and Mr. Randall joins as an executive board member.
