Founded in 1999 Fiesta Insurance Franchise Corp today provides a broad range of insurance products and tax preparation services from approximately 140 franchise stores across the United States. With second to none customer service driving growth, it sought a solution to meet its immediate trust account reconciliation needs across multiple bank accounts while providing an enterprise platform for the future. Two primary goals existed as Fiesta embarked on its vendor evaluation: rapid deployment and a partnership approach.

With only two week's total work effort according to Fiesta Insurance's Director of Accounting Operations, Diane Chaidez, ReconArt™ is fully live, a feat achieved alongside a GL replacement project. However Fiesta is not stopping there. "Before any fine-tuning we have experienced an immediate 40% increase in productivity levels by implementing ReconArt™ to automate multiple bank accounts covering our stores' activities. We are confident that as we continue to increase the amount of Franchisees in our system, we have positioned ourselves to enjoy tremendous labor savings within our Trust Accounting Department. Now we can move rapidly to Phase 2: our operational reconcilements" said Gorden Gates, CFO.

"Fiesta Insurance sought out a partnership to solve reconciliation challenges and deliver a platform for future expansion" according to Nicolo Nisbett, EVP Sales at ReconArt. "We delivered instant value in record time and on budget, and will continue to drive ever greater efficiencies and cost savings. That's just one thing ReconArt is all about - immediate ROI."
