The MGA chose the software as part of a managed service which includes consultancy, training and support. It will run all its underwriting, premiums, claims, workflow, audit and management information systems on Eclipse.

Tony Lovett, Tamesis Dual's Managing Director, says: "We selected Sequel for their expertise, their strong understanding of the market place and because they have quality people. Their software has the power and flexibility to support us as we develop and grow. They have delivered what they promised ahead of time."

Michael Graham, Sales and Marketing Director of Sequel says: "Tamesis Dual now have the right systems in place to help them deal with an increasingly competitive market place. Having a managed service means they don't have to worry about having to develop, install and run systems or support them - it allows them to concentrate on building their business. They are the sixth MGA to choose Sequel in the last 12 months."

Tamesis Dual, launched in late November 2011, specialises in the following lines of business: marine; offshore energy; onshore energy and property; aerospace; terrorism; war and political risks.
