"Field technicians need information and support immediately," said Alicia Ridley, president of ATMequipment.com. "ATMequipment.com created ATMtech to make it easier to get the support they need when and where they need it—all at their finger tips."

A convenient and mobile reference source, ATMtech allows operators and technicians to access information and use a variety of different tools in support of their work in the field.

Features include:

* Ability to search and view ATM error code definitions.
* Review of ATM owner manuals.
* Short 'how to' video tutorials.
* Access to manufacturer and supplier tech support contact information.
* Access to ATM programming information.

ATMtech is available for anyone working with the most popular retail ATM machines and ATM processors. Specifically, the app provides information and support for Hantle, Nautilus Hyosung, Triton, Genmega, NCR and WRG branded ATM machines.

ATMtech is free and can be downloaded on Android-based smartphones from the Android Market.

The company is also developing ATMtech for iPhone, which will be available at a later date.
