Bats Europe to launch depository receipt trading

Bats Europe announced its intention to launch trading of Depository Receipts (DRs) on the Bats Europe Integrated Book and Dark Book, pending regulatory approval and a full review of Corporate Action processing at EMCF.

The list of DRs will initially consist of 50 instruments as detailed below. Pricing and a confirmed go-live date will be communicated in due course.

The BATS Europe Smart Order Routing service will also be made available for onward routing to the London Stock Exchange International Order Book (IOB) and to other MTFs.
Clearing:

Participants are required to have an updated Statement of Authority (SoA) in place with EMCF. An "IDR" tick box for BATS Europe has been added to the SoA documentation currently on the EMCF website.
