Connecting users, authentication devices, organisational rules and security applications remains one of the chief challenges for enterprise security. Aladdin's TMS provides a solution that links all components into a single automated and fully configurable system. It supports a comprehensive range of security applications such as network logon, VPN, Web access, one-time password (OTP) authentication, secure email, data encryption, and many others. Full integrated with Microsoft Active Directory, Aladdin TMS enables administrators to manage tokens in the same way they manage users from within Active Directory, transparently linking token management with user organisational policies.

Innovative Enhanced Features

TMS includes numerous features that enable cost-effective and convenient enterprise-wide management of tokens and related security solutions. Aladdin TMS empowers organisations to easily initialise, assign and enroll tokens. In addition, TMS keeps track of token content and usage, defines allowable security applications for each token and handles lost and damage tokens with ease. TMS features include:

  • Full life cycle management capabilities, including token deployment and revocation
  • User self-service token management capabilities through a secured web site
  • Open, standards-based architecture with configurable connectors for integrating with a wide variety of security applications
  • Automatic, secure backup and restoration of user keys and credentials
  • Handling of lost and damaged tokens

"With Aladdin TMS Version 1.1, we're proud to empower organisations to manage their authentication devices and solutions with ease and flexibility," said Leedor Agam, vice president of the Aladdin eToken Business Unit. "TMS provides a vital link between the users, their tokens and token-based security applications, and all aspects of organizational identity management and user policies."
