BBH releases InfoSettle for intermediary module

Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH) announced today the release of its InfoSettleSM module for Infomediary®, BBH's SWIFT messaging and communications outsourcing platform. Infomediary's new InfoSettle module is an internet application that provides a single user interface to view trade settlement and fail notifications from any custodian. InfoSettle uses SWIFT messaging standards to eliminate the manual processes associated with managing settlement and failed trade information from multiple custodial platforms and file formats.

InfoSettle is designed to address asset managers' needs for visibility into failing trades and those that are at risk for failing. The single web-based dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of trade settlements at the custodian and highlights trades that are failing or that have possible settlement issues. Trade data can be exported to Excel and/or PDF in order to be emailed to brokers and custodians for issue resolution. Additional reports can be created to manage broker performance. InfoSettle is completely integrated with the full suite of Infomediary products.

"Providing a single portal with visibility into settled and failed trades across banks is key in helping to reduce failed trade fees for our clients", stated Tim Connelly, Partner responsible for Infomediary. "Use of this module not only allows clients to manage and correct fails in real-time, but also to manage the overall settlement quality of their brokers."
