The new agreement extends CSC's 22-year relationship with COUNTRY.
nbAccelerator is CSC's life insurance new business process management and risk assessment system. nbAccelerator works with DST Systems' AWD, the insurance industry's leading process management system, to seamlessly integrate the processing of new life insurance policies from insurance application submission to underwriting requirements gathering and policy delivery. The real-time work monitoring tools will help COUNTRY proactively respond to peaks in demand and improve overall service levels.
"These new business and work management solutions will increase the efficiency of our processing and improve our customer and agent relationships," said Kevin Marti, COUNTRY vice president of Life and Health Operations. "As a long-term CSC client, we will take advantage of CSC's experience, best-practice business rules, process templates and task automation to increase the capacity of our existing staff to support growing business volumes cost-effectively."
"COUNTRY has been a valued software client since 1981," said Michael W. Risley, president of the Life and Health Division of CSC's Financial Services Group. "We appreciate the vote of confidence reflected in this new contract, which extends our relationship into business process management solutions."
