Deloitte, the business advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Francesco Burelli as a Director within Deloitte's Payments team.
Francesco previously led the Cards and Payments UK practice at consultancy firm, A.T. Kearney, and prior to this he was Head of European Card Payments at the consultancy firm, Capco. He has over 14 years of experience in consulting and banking focusing on cards, retail payments, wholesale and transactional banking. His experience spans from regional banks in continental Europe to infrastructure/processors to major international institutions, including delivering PSD assessments for a number of pan-European banks.
Francesco Burelli commented: "I look forward to being part of a 60 strong payment team located in the UK and will integrate with the wider European payment community leveraging my strong international network of clients and experiences".
