CashEdge, the leading provider of online financial applications to banks, credit unions, brokerage and wealth management firms and the pioneer in online account opening and funding, announced the appointment of Carl D. Blandino as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Blandino brings many years of financial, operating and public accounting experience at several private and public high technology and software companies to his position of Chief Financial Officer at CashEdge. In this role, Mr. Blandino is responsible for overseeing and driving the financial, accounting, tax and treasury functions at the Company.

In previous roles, Mr. Blandino served as CFO of Open Solutions Inc., a financial technology company. In 2003, he led the company's successful initial public offering. Prior to Open Solutions, Mr. Blandino was CFO of Online Resources & Communications Corp (ORCC), a publicly traded provider of online banking and bill payment applications. His other roles included executive and senior level management positions with Informed Medical Communications (IMC); Segue Software (now Borland Software); and Per Se' Technologies (now McKesson Corporation). Mr. Blandino also spent ten years in public accounting in various management positions with Coopers & Lybrand and Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells, both international accounting firms.
