Certegy inks Bank of Louisiana and Pulaski Bank contracts

Certegy Inc. (NYSE: CEY), the nation's leading provider of third-party card processing services to community banks, today announced a new agreement with Pulaski Bank and Trust of Little Rock, Arkansas, for credit card and merchant processing services.

Pulaski Bank and Trust selected Certegy after conducting an extensive on- site analysis of Certegy's operation. "We were impressed by the functionality of Certegy's BASE2000(TM) processing platform, the professionalism of their staff, excellent reputation in the marketplace and attention to cardholder service," stated Rick Lynam, senior vice president of Pulaski Bank, Credit Card Division.

"We are very pleased with Pulaski's decision to have Certegy process their card accounts. This new relationship is the result of our commitment to maintain the highest standards of customer support," said Certegy's Robert Bream, senior vice president and group executive, Certegy Card Services - North America. "We look forward to a long-term relationship with Pulaski Bank and Trust."

Separately, Certegy Inc. (NYSE: CEY), the nation's leading provider of credit card processing services to community banks, today announced a comprehensive agreement to provide credit, debit and private label card processing, merchant processing, and e- banking services to the Bank of Louisiana. The Bank of Louisiana, which has served the greater New Orleans area for over 40 years, has approximately 75,000 card accounts on file.
