Royal Bank of Scotland live with TietoEnator's ProRepair

The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBSG) is now live with TietoEnator's automated message repair tool, ProRepair.

After a period of intensive testing, RBSG recently implemented ProRepair for inward payments for the Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest brands.

ProPay and ProDirectory have been running in RBSG for some time and have already enabled the bank to achieve significantly enhanced levels of automated and straight through processing. With inward and outward payment volumes processed in ProPay currently peaking over 200.000 transactions a day, the automated repair capability implemented in ProRepair supports the banks overall aim of achieving further STP improvements.
