Her responsibilities include supervising customer support and product training for the company's consumer and small business automated loan decisioning software. She brings more than 14 years of product development, technical support, training and management experience to the position.

"Amy has a great mix of technology development, process implementation, client relationship management and product support experience that makes her the ideal person for our lead product support executive," said Stephen G. Sargent, president and chief executive officer at Cypress. "Her experience at institutions like CUNA Mutual Group's LoanLink Center and State National Companies has demonstrated her ability to effectively advance our product development and support services as we enhance our loan decisioning software and build additional client relationships."

Prior to Cypress, Johnson was director of client services and product development for The LoanLink Center, a joint venture of the CUNA Mutual Group and Equifax Enabling Technologies that provides online and call-center lending services. During her tenure, she led an account management team that managed more than 400 client relationships. She also was part of an executive team that lead the company to 25 percent annual growth over a four-year period and a client increase of 75 percent.

Johnson also was program manager for implementations at The LoanLink Center, where she helped develop and implement the company's first Internet offering. She also developed processes that improved LoanLink's implementation procedures and efficiently tracked client progress.

Before CUNA Mutual and Equifax acquired The LoanLink Center, Johnson was manager of PC/LAN support, product manager and network administrator for previous LoanLink Center owner, State National Companies, a provider of technology-based insurance solutions for financial institutions. She managed a team of product support technicians and helped implement a business-to-consumer Web site for the center that provided one-minute loan decisions and processed more than 60 percent of the company's loan applications.

Johnson also was senior sales consultant for NTCS Inc. where she designed, developed and managed network installations for more than 50 clients.
