Ms. Marchione brings a wealth of experience with over 15 years specializing in placement services for operations through executive-level positions within the banking and brokerage sectors. Prior to joining XcitekConsultingServices, Ms. Marchione held positions at The MVP Group as Vice President of Recruitment for Operations & Banking, Snelling Personnel as Executive Recruiter for domestic and international clients, and Ed Metcalf & Associates in various support and management roles.
