Complinet, a provider of solutions that deliver relevant compliance intelligence to industry professionals within the global financial services community, has worked closely with the TSX Group's exchanges to ensure that issuers and Participating Organizations will benefit from Complinet's innovative and user-friendly technology. Once completed, the TSX publications will incorporate functionality that is exclusive to Complinet; including an advanced search engine and links to key rules and online documents.

"We believe it is vital that our senior issuers are able to have the most up-to-date and flexible access to our rules and policies," said Richard Nadeau, Senior Vice President, Toronto Stock Exchange. "Complinet will make it much easier to locate current and past versions of these rules."

"For junior issuers, and those companies on NEX, keeping current on key rule changes and policies helps these issuers make the necessary adjustments. There will be key links available between the rulebooks and policies to make their lives easier. Junior companies are attempting to grow and prosper and may aspire to graduate to the senior exchange," said Kevan Cowan, President, TSX Venture Exchange.

"Complinet is pleased to offer TSX Group the ability to effectively manage and deliver regulatory information leveraging our Regulatory Insight (TM) Rulebooks service," said Stephen Taylor, Complinet Managing Director, Regulatory Insight, North America. "This relationship further cements Complinet's position as the partner of choice for regulatory bodies and is indicative of our commitment to providing effective compliance intelligence to the Canadian financial services industry."

TSX Group decided to change from the limited PDF versions currently on tsx.com to a more flexible html based system that would allow users to navigate the material and find related material easier, have better search capabilities and be able to access different versions of the material, including historical material.

The new format publications will all go online by August 28, 2007.
