EquiLend appoints Nick Delikaris chief product officer

EquiLend, the global leader in technology, data and analytics solutions for the securities finance industry, today announced the appointment of Nick Delikaris as Chief Product Officer and a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. Delikaris assumes the role effective immediately.

A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Delikaris will oversee EquiLend’s integrated solutions portfolio including Trading, Post-Trade, Data & Analytics, RegTech, Spire, and 1Source. He will lead the company’s strategic product roadmap, focusing on innovation, automation and client-driven solutions.

Before joining EquiLend, Delikaris was the Global Head of Platform and Data Solutions at State Street, where he led quantitative and platform-related functions including electronic trading, business process engineering, and performance analytics. He was also a key contributor to the firm’s digital strategy, focusing on emerging technologies, digital assets, platform integration, and strategic industry partnerships.

Previously, Delikaris led Digital Agency Lending for Coinbase’s institutional prime brokerage finance business and spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs in various trading roles. A recognized industry leader, he co-founded the FinTech & Innovation Committee at the Risk Management Association (RMA). In 2024, he oversaw the group’s transition to ISLA Americas, where he currently serves as its chair.
