Praful is a seasoned payments leader with more than 40 years’ experience. He joins PayFuture at a pivotal moment, as the company accelerates its global strategy and explores new avenues for growth.

Praful brings unparalleled expertise in traditional and fintech-driven global transactional banking, with a specialisation in global e-commerce payments. He has a strong track record of building and scaling companies internationally, transforming their propositions into truly global solutions. His extensive payments experience spans the UK, Europe, Asia, LATAM, and the Middle East/North Africa, with a deep expertise in global acquiring, alternative payment methods, banking, major card schemes and local regulatory licensing.

As Deputy CEO, Praful will advise on PayFuture’s expansion strategy, as it targets high-growth underserved markets across the Middle East, Africa, South East Asia, and Latin America. Strengthening PayFuture’s offering will be a priority, leveraging its existing technology infrastructure while exploring additional global licenses to enhance cross-border payment capabilities.

Strategic acquisitions are also on the cards for Praful, enabling PayFuture to fast-track growth, enhance its technology and service offerings, and solidify its position as a leader in global payments.
