Zeta onboards banking industry veteran Mehul Mistry

Zeta, a next-gen banking tech company, today announced the appointment of Mehul Mistry as Senior Vice President – Customer success, Growth, and Strategy for India.

Uniquely qualified with stints both as a senior banker and a banking-tech leader, Mehul has over 20 years of leadership expertise at Wibmo (a PayU company), IDFC First Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Barclays Bank.

At Zeta, Mehul will oversee Zeta’s strategic relationships with major clients in India in addition to developing new partnerships and growth strategies for the company’s India growth plans. His appointment comes at a pivotal moment as the company intensifies its focus on the India market with its comprehensive suite of banking solutions across core banking, payments, card processing, credit and more. Zeta recently announced it had been valued at $2 billion following a $50 million fundraise from a strategic investor.
