A fintech company dedicated to improving experiences in financial services, Nivo is today unveiling its newest product, Broker Concierge. Working 24/7 over email, it handles all broker-facing tasks instantly—responding to inquiries, gathering and checking documents, structuring cases, and ensuring underwriters only receive fully packaged cases that are right the first time.

Most lenders still rely heavily on email, PDFs, submission checklists, and spreadsheets to manage broker interactions, even those with portals. This back and forth consumes time, slows things down, and requires teams to chase missing details, rekey data, and fix errors. Broker Concierge eliminates these inefficiencies, handling everything automatically without requiring lenders to change their forms, systems, or processes.

For brokers, the Concierge service acts as a dedicated 24/7 assistant guiding them through every step of the case, ensuring they get immediate answers, clear instructions, and a seamless submission process, all without needing to log into portals or change how they work.

Developed using insights from Nivo’s experience streamlining loan origination for over 100 financial brands and one million borrowers, Broker Concierge is trained on real-world specialist lending workflows, understanding the complexities of bespoke deals, unusual income, and patchy credit histories. It integrates seamlessly with Nivo’s identity verification, e-signing, and Open Banking tools and is built on APIs that connect with lender portals, CRMs, and decision engines. As a secure, bank-standard solution, it meets the regulatory requirements of financial institutions.

Matthew Elliott, Co-Founder of Nivo, commented:
“We’ve always been laser-focused on streamlining communication across lenders, brokers, and borrowers, and AI takes this to another level. Every lender we’ve ever worked with is still hiring people to do manual admin jobs; Broker Concierge changes that. It’s such an exhilarating time; we feel uniquely positioned to bring this to market because it fits seamlessly with our existing platform and the brands we work with, unlocking a whole new level of productivity.”
