This expands IBOS’ geographic coverage and offering of banking services in Europe and beyond for its members’ corporate clients.

RBI is one of Austria's leading corporate and investment banks, operating as a universal bank in 11 Central and Eastern European markets. In addition, the banking group offers numerous other financial services, for example in the areas of leasing, asset management and M&A.
Through an extensive branch network, Raiffeisen provides companies of all sizes and private customers with high-quality financial products.

Valerie Brunner, Board Member Corporate & Investment Banking Customer Coverage at RBI, stated: “We are excited to work with IBOS and its members going forward. This collaboration will provide our clients with new opportunities on a global scale.”

With RBI joining the IBOS network, this adds six CEE regions to the Association’s geographic footprint: Austria, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo, Serbia and Ukraine. RBI also operates in Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia, where IBOS has an existing presence and this footprint will expand with RBI’s membership.

Manoj Mistry, Managing Director at IBOS, added: “We are pleased to expand the IBOS network’s offerings in Austria and the CEE. This geographic expansion provides further benefits and options for our existing members and their corporate clients, and also opens up new options for those operating in these markets.”

Mario Domenico Recchia, Chairman of IBOS Board, also commented: “We welcome RBI and the opportunity to work with such a dynamic bank. A brilliant addition to our innovative international banking network.”

IBOS continues to focus on expanding its international alliance and collaborating with members to ensure the best offerings and technologies for our clients. Through IBOS, members provide local banking services across the globe 24/7.
