PayRetailers wins approval from Chilean regulators for cross-border acquiring

This approval allows PayRetailers Chile SpA to operate in full compliance with the latest regulatory framework established by the Central Bank of Chile.

The CMF recently published a list of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) authorized to perform cross-border acquiring activities under the transitional provisions of Chapter III.J.2 of the Compendium of Financial Regulations. These updates introduce new business models for digital payments, reflecting the increasing demand for seamless, secure, and compliant financial solutions that connect local businesses to global markets.
