With an exceptional track record in financial technology and banking, Simon brings a wealth of expertise and a vast network to help drive Monument Technology’s continued growth and success.

During a career that has spanned leadership roles across financial services and technology, Simon has served as CEO of Bibby Financial Services, where he spearheaded innovation and growth in the financial technology sector, and holds a number of prominent roles as Non-Executive Chair of SilverRock Bank, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of Risk at Oxbury Bank and previously Non-Executive Chair of FXE Technologies, amongst others.

In his role as Monument Technology Chair, Simon will lead the Board and work closely with the Executive Team to build the company into a market-leading tech platform business. Leveraging his extensive experience and deep industry knowledge, Simon will play a vital role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, strengthening relationships with potential clients and investors.
