He will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of excellence and powerful innovations within Dock’s technological infrastructure, as well as for products and services.

Teixeira has more than 20 years of experience in software development and leading mission critical and multidisciplinary teams. He has designed and executed high-value strategies in leadership positions at Zup Innovation, a company that was acquired by Itaú, for the last seven years, including acting as General Manager and CPTO of the Stackspot solution. In addition to his career in the financial sector, he worked for more than twelve years as a consultant in diverse industry segments. "Dock has a very strong team, is a pioneer in technology and has been leading in financial inclusion. This is evident not only in the way the business was built, but in how it has evolved. The Dock One platform is proof of this. I am here to continue this momentum, with the goal of pursuing the next frontier in technology, remaining at the forefront, and staying ahead of trends,” said Texiera.

Teixeira also points out that artificial intelligence and security are priorities for Dock. “As a company that has technology and financial structure as its core, we see market opportunity in both artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Customer-centric solutions will inevitably involve artificial intelligence. And when we talk about financial services, security is key in driving innovation.”

Thiago has a degree in Computer Science from the State University of Campinas and a certificate from the Stanford University Executive program.
