his collaboration will see Sikoia’s document processing technology embedded into Simple’s CRM platform, tackling key challenges such as manual review inefficiencies and accuracy issues.

Sikoia’s AI-powered technology brings significant benefits to Simple by:

This partnership, following Sikoia’s successful collaboration with Y3S in January, underscores the company’s commitment to revolutionising broker operations by simplifying processes, improving compliance, and enhancing customer onboarding.

Sikoia specialises in helping financial services providers automate key parts of their customer verification processes and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an Open Banking and credit reference provider. It works with fellow fintechs and large established institutions in more than three countries and has quickly established itself as a leading voice in the integration of AI in financial services.

Simple is a UK-based brokerage specialising in secured homeowner loans and mortgages. They offer loan amounts ranging from £10,000 to £2.5 million. Simple supports homeowners in funding home improvements, consolidating debt, and managing various financial needs without incurring early repayment penalties on existing mortgages. They also help with first charge mortgage when this is the most suitable advice process.
