Richo brings over 25 years of unparalleled expertise in Fintech, payments, banking, government, and telecoms, further strengthening AAZZUR’s position as an innovator in the embedded finance space.

Richo’s career spans senior leadership roles at globally renowned organisations, including Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, where he led Risk Technology and Global Wealth Solutions initiatives. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer at Bankable, Richo played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s technology from start-up to sustainable growth.
A graduate of Stellenbosch University with degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a master’s in Artificial Intelligence, Richo combines deep technical understanding with strategic leadership. His expertise will help guide AAZZUR’s mission to revolutionise how businesses integrate financial services through its cutting-edge API platform and smart front-end solutions.
