SurePay and NatWest Group extend agreement for Confirmation of Payee

SurePay is proud to announce the renewal of its agreement with NatWest Group, the first UK bank to implement SurePay’s Confirmation of Payee (CoP) solution in 2020.

As the largest CoP vendor in the UK, SurePay has been a pioneer in delivering name-checking solutions, helping banks protect customers from fraud and ensuring seamless transactions. Since the start of their partnership, NatWest Group and SurePay have worked together to strengthen payment security and enhance customer protection.

The renewal of this agreement underscores NatWest Group’s continued confidence in SurePay’s innovative and reliable CoP service. This announcement comes shortly after Belgian banks chose SurePay as their preferred Verification of Payee solution provider to comply with Instant Payments legislation, further solidifying SurePay's leadership position in Europe.
