Sharma is an accomplished senior technology leader and AI evangelist with over two decades of experience driving transformational initiatives across diverse industries, including financial services and media. Sharma succeeds Rick Kenneally as Chief Technology Officer, following Kenneally's retirement in December 2024.

A certified AWS Solutions Architect and Project Management Professional (PMP), Sharma is focused on designing and implementing scalable cloud architectures, data strategies, and AI-driven solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. He is a recognized leader in leveraging emerging technologies, including generative AI, to optimize enterprise solutions and operations. As CTO at Boost, Sharma will drive growth and scalability by continuing to modernize and automate payment processes while strengthening data governance, quality, and security measures. He will leverage existing cutting-edge solutions while incorporating innovative enhancements, including the use of various forms of AI.

Prior to joining Boost Payment Solutions, Rinku led data science and engineering initiatives at Audible, an Amazon company, where he spearheaded advanced recommender models and fraud prevention systems. His expertise also extends to pioneering data strategies and implementing cutting-edge technologies during his tenure at RBC Capital Markets, where he drove transformation programs for finance, risk, and regulatory reporting functions.
