Verint has joined the Wordwatch Partner Programme, enabling Verint to expand its financial compliance capabilities to interactions from legacy recording systems. As part of this strategic integration, Verint Financial Compliance will be able to leverage third-party legacy interaction data ingested by Wordwatch and manage it on a comprehensive unified compliance platform, complete with AI-powered speech transcription and analytic capabilities and LLMs pre-trained for the financial markets. This helps financial services firms adhere to regulatory rules, gain valuable data insights, and decommission legacy recording infrastructure, creating efficiencies and cost savings.
