IFX Payments appoints Adam Dowling as chief operating officer

Today IFX Payments, a leading provider of foreign exchange, payment and financial technology services, announces the appointment of Adam Dowling as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

The appointment is a result of IFX Payments’ territorial and departmental expansion as the company grows to over 200 employees, and compliments other recent C-suite hires.

Within IFX Payments, Mr Dowling will help drive operational efficiency, manage risk and optimise performance across day-to-day operations and strategic growth initiatives. With a focus on operational excellence, Dowling will be responsible for delivering scalable operating systems, launching and streamlining new operations in new territories, overseeing change management, business transformation and enhancing customer satisfaction.
