The New Agreement with Amazon JP enables the processing of payments for Amazon JP sales through the amazon.co.jp website.

Boku’s revenue from the New Agreement will be based on the transaction value that it processes and such revenue may result in vesting of warrants previously issued to Amazon.com, Inc.

Stuart Neal, Chief Executive Officer, Boku, commented: “This new agreement with Amazon JP is a testament to Boku’s goal to provide innovative and secure mobile payment solutions to global merchants. We are excited to partner with Amazon JP and expand our presence in the Japanese market, which is one of the leaders in mobile wallet adoption.”
