Phil will play a vital role in driving big xyt’s continued expansion within the EMEA market and will support clients in leveraging advanced transaction cost analysis (TCA) solutions to optimise trading performance, meet regulatory requirements, and reduce operational complexities.

With over 25 years in financial services, Phil combines unrivalled domain expertise across exchanges, sell-side, and buy-side firms with proven leadership capabilities. Having worked for other TCA providers in the past, he brings broad product knowledge and experience across diverse use cases, including TCA, best execution reporting, market abuse, and market surveillance. Phil’s strong client focus, reputation and experience position him well to lead big xyt's TCA growth initiatives in EMEA.
