Leading fintech company AND Global’s subsidiary, AND Solutions, has today announced a new software provision agreement with PT AEON Credit Service Indonesia, a subsidiary of AEON Financial Service (AFS) that offers consumer credit, installment payment options, and personal financing solutions to Indonesian customers.
The collaboration will leverage AND Solutions’ AI-based custom credit scoring platform to automate PT AEON Credit Service Indonesia’s credit screening operations, improve average screening time, and enhance overall customer experience. The successful signing of this agreement solidifies AND Solutions as a trusted software provider as the company continues to enable financial institutions across Southeast Asia to streamline their operations. AND Solutions’ credit scoring platform is powered by AI and ML technology to create tailor-made custom scoring models. The solution utilizes different customer data held by financial institutions such as credit history, income source, and alternative data to accurately score the creditworthiness of borrower applicants. By leveraging the inherent adaptabilities of AI and ML technology, AND Solutions scoring models can remain current and effective in the changing business landscape. The technology offered by AND Solutions will empower PT AEON Credit Service Indonesia to streamline loan assessments process and improve operational efficiency.
According to the World Economic Forum, in Indonesia, where over 273 million people are scattered across thousands of islands, almost half of all adults remain unbanked or underbanked. Figures from the e-Conomy Southeast Asia report by Google, Temasek, and Bain & Company, show that the country is projected to see more than $40 billion USD (IDR616 trillion) in digital loans by 2025.
