The change of legal form will be completed as soon as possible. The transformation will strengthen our financial stability and open up new business opportunities.

At the same time, we are drawing up the necessary documentation to obtain a banking licence within the European Union, which will enable us to introduce a full range of banking services. The licence acquisition is a key part of our strategy to provide our customers with greater financial security and access to the most advanced banking products.

Security of customer funds - Bank Guarantee Fund

Once a banking licence is obtained, all our customers' funds will be subject to the protection of the Bank Guarantee Fund, ensuring the highest security level. This protection will be an additional guarantee for customers that their funds are fully protected.
